Untrustworthy, misleading, money driven, low reimbursement especially considering the high rates they charge, customer service, constant billing problems, overall incompetent management

when pcpasf purchased lifestance there is a notable difference in the company feel. It seems there are to many chiefs and not enough Indians. The new electronic health record has been a nightmare and really not designed for mental health. It is time consuming for staff, I have spent at least 10-12 hrs each day because of documentation needed from my actual 8 hr day. There is no overtime, it winds up being my time! Patients report there frustrations wiith it as well, which then they leave. Not looking goood. Value each one of your employees.

no true PTO or holiday pay with fee-for-service compensation model, lengthy and disorganized merger acquisition of/merger with PCPA, NP compensation too low and salary estimates on job sites inaccurate unless you want to see 15-20 pts/day
