As an early career psychologist, working for LifeStance has been excellent. They are a younger company that expanded quickly over the last few years. There are clearly communicated efforts from upper management to work on the internal processes to streamline work and improve processes for both patients and clinicians. As a clinician, I have felt supported and encouraged to grow my skillset and practice. They provide ample continuing education opportunities, too. Last, there has been clear communication from upper management about DEI efforts and the importance of these values in our work.

I feel valued and supported as a therapist here. The management is flexible and generally responsive to my needs, so I feel inspired to keep improving my therapeutic interventions. Their measurement-based care helps me know when clients are improving and when I need to change things up. A great place to work dramatically minimizes the risk of burnout. Highly recommended!
