Computer systems do not link together - AMD, VSee, calendars, etc. to support clinicians in doing their jobs more efficiently Lack of training - you're on your own Disconnection/lack of a sense of belonging -- although upper management "pushes" this, it feels like lip service Compensation is not great, and neither is the insurance that is available with employment You have to stay for 2 years if you signed the employment agreement, or else you will have to pay back your "sign on bonus" Clinicians may not have a full caseload for several months and you have to "alert" administrative staff that you need to have your calendar opened for intake/initial appointments

Said would have full caseload in 2-3 months and not even in 6 months, hired more people after me and we compete for clients. Addressed multiple times with no change. No PTO, disorganized processes, poor training
