Pros

W-2 position which provides benefits starting at 30 open appointments/week

Cons

Frequently do not fill schedules. When getting paid per client seen this is not ok. There is minimal front office support and over all is very disorganized.

Pros

Purposeful work helping mental health patients

Cons

Company does NOT care about their administrative employees - they hire more and more clinicians and do not hire admin workers to support them leaving the admin staff overwhelmed and burnt out. They’re also god awful at communicating with their staff; they’ll make huge changes that affect employees (like changes in benefits) and don’t notify staff until we’ll after the face.

Pros

Can set schedule but only change twice which isn’t good Daily lunch group supervision but no structure for supervision Lots of referrals

Cons

Pay too low, No cost of living bonus, no growth oppurtunities, only 48 hour PTO, bad admin support, client complaints of billing harrassment, billing slow to respond, pay to low, originally focus on providing back end to providers but now just want to grow and gobble up other companies, big corporate take over of small private practices focus on growth and not providers or needs, no help with remote support with any costs of telehealth remotely, no IT support, horrible telehealth video platform (constant issues and bad connections), very impersonal everything over internet, no phone numbers to speak on phone to supervisors or other staff, too big and impersonal, limited by insurance and can’t customize length of time for sessions over 60 mins.
