Pros

1. DEI programs are still intact. 2. If you want to work remotely from the US, they have a number of remote positions. 3. There are training opportunities available. 4. Teams are still full of high skill set people who haven't left yet. 5. SOME departments are still staffed well enough to offer work life balance.

Cons

1. Abysmal raises year over year result in wages to be much lower than the market. 2. Quality of health insurance has gone to crap and it's expensive. The Cigna PPO insurance plans won't even cover anything towards a woman's pregnancy stay in the hospital for delivering a baby resulting in tens of thousands of dollars in out-of-pocket costs. 3. Company perks that have been in place for many years are getting steadily taken away from employees. 4. Leadership is becoming very disconnected from the actual employees, resulting in company policies and initiatives that have changed rapidly without consistent roll out. 5. Employees who speak up about issues are laid off. 6. DevOps and IT roles have started posting with salaries tens of thousands of dollars under market in order to drive positions overseas as they are "unfillable" in the domestic market resulting in lower skilled teams less able to do their jobs as senior employees are replaced with inexperienced ones. 7. Salaried employees are getting asked to work more unpaid overtime than in previous years. 8. Company bonus program is worse than before. The formula to calculate bonuses was changed to make it impossible to get full bonus even when the company had one of the best financial years in its history. 9. Company is starting to penalize employees with families who live overseas by restricting access to company systems for those traveling. 10. Company morale is getting worse year after year due to repeated failures by leadership to make positive changes. 11. Backfills for employees who leave remain unfilled for extended periods resulting in more work being dumped onto fewer people, causing work life balance to suffer since 2022 for most departments across the organization.

Pros

Best worklife balance eDiscovery vendor that I've found. Pay is decent. Very organized always help available when needed. 3 Months Paid Maternity Leave (100% of salary)

Cons

Worklife balance still poor compared to other careers. (Difficult to step away for water breaks, food, restroom, fresh air). Benefits are pretty pathetic. Atmosphere to over-achieve for clients while sacrificing worklife balance.

Pros

As a small business, access to senior leadership is easy if you give all your time to the company. The salaries are robust, yet there is a cost to your personal life since they pay for your time 24/7.

Cons

There is no such thing as a 40 or 50-hour work week. Expect to work early mornings and late nights. Expect to work on weekends. Employees work so hard and are close with one another that there are many "Lighthouse couples", which normalizes incestuous activity across teams. Some of these relationships are ethical, but many are not which end up damaging personal lives. Management is aware of these couples and incestuous activity yet turns a blind eye to the problematic behavior.
