Pros

- Get to work on problems at the cutting edge and come up with novel solutions - Fellow employees are both incredibly smart and kind. Everyone there is an expert in what they do and very generous with their time in answering questions - Much collaboration across domains and teams - Management actively solicits feedback and acts on it - Good work life balance, especially for a startup

Cons

- The work is so novel that you shouldn't be surprised if you find yourself confused sometimes. Luckily if you don't understand it someone else surely does!
