Product is wonderful, some pros include lunches brought in, some fun events, laid back atmosphere.

Cons

lack of good leadership, a company that is vested in hiring friends/buddies over true talent.

Great culture, flexible work schedules, and mostly fun atmosphere.

Cons

Old boys club in the sense that once you're in, your in for life. It's not always a good thing.

The company seems to be making great strides to listen to customers and employees. Its once again an exciting place to work. The new leadership is working hard to bring positive change.
