      Pros

      LES has excellent retirement and health benefits. LES key performance indicators are consistently and significantly better compared to its peers or national averages. Half of the executive team is female.

      Cons

      As a municipal utility LES is limited in its ability to offer certain employee perks that may be available in the private sector.
