Relationships built with kids, families and co- workers. Watching the transformation, when the student gets it.

Cons

The pay and clocking in and out.

- Energetic & helpful colleagues - Tremendous progress was apparent in most students

Cons

- Training period is paid, but the mandatory 2 weeks could be shortened - Few cases where L-B processes weren't effective were with students in earlier stages of socialization
