Pros

The kids is all I can think of.

Cons

I don’t know where to begin. In all my years as a teacher, tutor, and behaviorist, I have never seen anything like this place. Children are pressured beyond what is necessary to produce the results the company sees fit. The clinicians are treated as robots with NO prep time between students and no ability to take a healthy break and feel prepared to give quality instruction. I read the poor reviews and still gave this company a shot because I love teaching and working with children. This is not tutoring or teaching though. This is running a program with absolutely no breathing room and no concern for employees down to the minute. I have never once in my life walked out of job until I worked here. I walked out and felt so relieved when I did. Many of these practices and methods are a joke and do not actually help students. These people are money hungry and could care less about the burden they put on clinicians and the children to get their bag. Run far away from this place.
