Full-time is only 30 hrs/wk; that's all they have to give you. At less than 40 hrs/wk $21/hr is not a livable wage

Pros

Working with kids is rewarding and you can really help them. Your co-workers are good, kind people. You can use what you learn as a springboard to something better.

Cons

Pay too low. They consider 28 cents an hour to be a raise. Corporate controls everything. Management can be robotic and dispassionate in their decision - making. When kids are on winter and spring break clinicians may only get about 15 hrs per week!
