Pros

Great community with coworkers, amazing support from superiors, constant support and mentoring in my roles, opportunities for growth, variety in the day to day work, flexibility in my schedule to accommodate any sudden needs, constant support from HR, IT, and the operations departments for any needs or issues that may arise.

Cons

Nothing comes to my mind.

Pros

Helping kids who really need it, the program works wonders, decent pay at SOME locations,

Cons

fast paced if you can't keep up, little time between students (5 minutes to leave one student, set up for the next, and get started), hours can be inconsistent depending on student load, the amount they charge per student compared to how much they pay the people who do the most direct work with students is insulting. The core values / mission are more of a theory than reality.

Pros

Staff is great, students are great, good mix of easy vs. moderate to severe behaviors, one on one instruction with students for an hour each, great full time work for summer with a significant signing bonus

Cons

It's gotten very slow with fewer students in the mornings during the school year, despite the academy program LB offers. Used to have solid full time work and saw that decrease over the course of a year and a half ago.
