Excellent results for students. High impact programs that change people's lives. The world is a better place because of the work these people are doing.

Cons

Not any cons that are worth mentioning as the results out way anything else. People are passionate at the top. Sometimes too prejudiced against people that don't look like "the Culture"

Paid training, decent work hours, feedback on progress, opportunities to move up, and cool coworkers

Cons

Terrible pay (considering what they charge students), learn the way that they expect you to teach or be prepared for a lot of mentoring, and "interesting" (rude, zero interest in understanding the material, distracted, etc.) students

You can really tell the difference you make with the students. Fun environment. They genuinely try to give feedback and mentoring to staff.

Cons

Inconsistent hours, low hourly rate- for the area. High volume season results in poor instruction because of seasonal hires and too many students.
