      It was a paycheck. and not a very good one !!!!!!

      Cons

      1. Have very little respect for their people 2. Have absolutely no regard for you and your family life. {LINDE FIRST} 3. Will work you to death, but management is out the door after 8 hours 4. If you like having your dignity stripped away, then this may be the job for you. 5. Will lie to your face 6. Pay is the lowest of the 3 big companies in the gas industry

      Pros

      Most employees are dedicated far in excess of anything that upper management deserves.

      Cons

      Constant reorganizing and treating employees as if they are lucky to have jobs at Linde while assigning unreasonable workload. Prevailing attitudes of the RAS Executive Management team.

      Really when you add up all the stress, the politics, the butt kissing by mid-management to New Jersey, I can't think of a thing, other than their payroll always cleared the bank.

      Cons

      Like being a DRONE ? DO you love mouthing empty words like "HPO" ? "Six Sigma" ? Are you willing to constantly re-apply to a job you will eventually grow to HATE ? Love long work weeks, including being attached at the hip to a phone 24/7 ? YOUR life is secondary to Linde's. CONSTANT RNA "whining",because we here at Linde just LOVE profit over people. Heck we can ALWAYS get more people. but maybe if you suck up enough, Pat Murphy will grace you with a picture. Do you love boiling down long term faithful employees to nothing more than a silicon dot on a hard drive ? Why then you'll fit right in here at "Drone Central"
