Cons

Terrible and unfair boss (perai branch). Only implement rules on people she doesnt like. People who she likes can overpass the rules & she close one eye

Linde India has some really great Perks. Especially when you are deputed at various sites

Good legacy processes, lack of trained staff

Pros

Good variety of aerospace and oilfield processes at Lincoln UK site. Production operators are knowledable and communicative.

Cons

Strong blame culture on engineering, quality and production staff. Each team was fighting the other; objectives were not harmonised between departments. The business does not adopt continual improvement practices. Poor customer service and treatment by some management staff.
