The best part of the company is how involved executive managment is involved and approachable regarding the day to day well being of their employees. If there's advice or mentorship requested, people are more than willing to help and contribute.

Cons

It can sometimes feel like you're working in a silo, although if enough care and effort is made you can make the connections yourself.
