Pros

A lot of good momentum occurring within the company. With a lot of growth comes a lot of great career opportunities. Ability to work on a variety of projects. Great product that separates itself from the competition more and more each week. You can't find a better group of people to work with. Competitive benefits. Great senior leadership.

Cons

Common growing pains as the company transitions out of startup mode and on boards larger clients.

Pros

Fantastic work environment. Ability to work on lots of different projects and really take the lead. Everyone is nice and easy to work with.

Cons

Too much direct connection between customer support and engineering. They sometimes come directly to us with issues when it should go through a manager.

Pros

Lingotek provides a variety of excellent perks. From free breakfast Friday's, ping pong and foosball, to a fully stocked kitchen with sodas and snacks. We also have monthly lunches brought in and excellent health benefits and PTO.

Cons

Silicon Slopes (Lehi) area is growing so fast that the main office has a lot of traffic during morning and afternoon rush hours.
