      Growing leader in defense contracting, stimulating work environment & friendly people

      Pros

      While Link is a smaller contractor compared to other firms, it has secured highly competitive, top-level contracts in the defense industry -- meaning that for the employees on the contract, you are guaranteed to be doing intellectually stimulating and meaningful work. Healthcare benefits are great. I can't speak for every contract, but the team of people on the current contract are easy to collaborate with, always eager to learn more and improve, and are really a credit to Link's reputation.

      Cons

      While some see the connection between the main office and the "field" (i.e. employees at contract locations) as lacking, I believe this is actually a good thing -- the independence given to the on-site contracting teams is a sign of Link's trust in its employees, and the on-site project managers are top notch professionals who serve as a good link (no pun intended) between the on-site contracts and the head office.

      Pros

      They are still good employees working there but the good ones won't stay much longer. Average benefits. Customers are good and stable and if they like you, you should survive.

      Cons

      They are about to go belly up. Owner is going to jail and there is nothing left. I had to leave because I was embarrassed to work for a criminal.

These changes have met with the US Government’s approval and ensure that we will continue to serve our DoD and Federal Civilian customers for many years to come.
