Pros

Leadership has a long term vision for the company and it's growth strategy. Benefits are great including 401k, health, dental and vision, training includes SkillPort and annual tuition/certification reimbursement. PTO is commensurate except you also get a day off for your birthday.

Cons

Tough to tie into corporate culture working offsite. More activities or touch points between field and corporate employees would be helpful.

Cons

Supervisor micromanaged way too much. Low pay, not offered hours as advertised (bait and switch). Agree with others who wrote they were treated like school children and second class citizens. No incentive to stay.
