Pros

People, on the lower levels of the company were great They are never afraid to challenge you with new work tasks

Cons

They give almost nothing back for your effort You are chastised for things well beyond your control They are awful at laying people off, its a necessary part of work and they often have to with their brutal business practices, but each one I experienced was like they had never done it before Upper level management are extremely well paid, bleed any subordinate they have, and have no tolerance for even minor mistakes. Some of the most despicable people I have met as far as being honest and upfront with their employees.

Pros

You had the chance to close business as an entry level which was really rewarding.

Cons

Management is terrible. Absolutely terrible. They treat their employees poorly and only care about the bottom line and do not care how they boost the bottom line so if that means taking part in shady business practices why not? The manager is mean and has an ego for reasons I could never understand. If you are a recent graduate looking for work do not try your luck here. It's a suffocating work environment and your boss is NOT on your side.

Pros

I actually enjoyed what the job was - rating/coding search engine pages... it was fun and interesting... well, until ... (refer to "Cons" ... )

Cons

They required continuous "training" without pay as they constantly changed their rules for rating, not to mention the extensive initial unpaid training/testing (about 12 hours!) they used to bill their clients for, yet do not pay the applicants who code/rate as part of their "testing process". After I was hired and began working and turned in my statement for services, they asked me every time to reduce the hours I turned in , even though I had reduced them before submitting because I realized being new, I was probably slower than someone more experienced. This happened every time, and I finally told them to pay me or they would be hearing from my attorney (my husband) and small claims court, at which time, they finally paid me. I decided I was done with them after that.
