Pros

Given significant freedom to perform, many good people at the company.

Cons

Completely inept upper management, serious lack of alignment across multiple fronts, and literally zero investment in technology/ processes to make better offerings. Focus is exclusively on cost savings at the expense of quality.

Pros

Decent pay, no experience needed, somewhat interesting, flexible.

Cons

There was often no work, you are treated like a number or a cog in a machine, no chance to move up or progress, unclear expectations and no feedback at all.

True Work at Home Job

Pros

This job is a true work from home experience. They pay a good wage for fairly easy work. Because you rate search engines and results, as well as web pages, it can get interesting. There is basically no set schedule and you work according to your own schedule.

Cons

The work can get a little tiresome. It’s very monotonous and can feel like it drags on. You are required to get a minimum amount of hours, and sometimes the tasks just aren’t there. Sometimes the tasks were so slow that I was unable to meet the hour requirements.
