Diversity is lacking there is only one group of people working at Lipscomb It used to be mentioned with Vandy and Belmont it seems to be moving away from that

Working with college students keeps you thinking young and sharpens your skills! Christian co-workers make for a fantastic working environment.

Cons

Compensation lags behind corporate. Advancement opportunities are fewer and many require advanced degrees---even for staff roles. No paid maternity leave for staff.
