Pros

They are understanding for family issues, don't mind if you need to take to take time off without leave. Employee owned.

Cons

Poor benefits. Very little vacation fine. Poor management made for the longest 8 hour work day I've ever had. Higher ups have difficulty committing, poor direction for future. If you are an outsider, don't count on promotions regardless of how well you do your job. Problem is Sandpoint area has little competition for jobs, so the poor management situation has no real drive to change. The good ole boys club is prevalent, and will stay that way.

In addition to the great company values, it is cool to be part of a bigger team to see how individual contributions filter through to impact the growth of a business.

Some times the hours can be long and there are some growing pains with a company that rapidly grows

This is the best company I have worked for. I am continually impressed by the leadership, benefits and work environment. I feel valued on a daily basis and leadership is quick to show their appreciation.
