Pros

The bonus varies but the company is very stingey with the bonus structure and the main foreman is a workhorse and does not have people skills.

Cons

They need to invest in new equipment to make better product for the customers and for the employees. The employees don't get the raises they deserve and training is the worst with high turn over rate and lack of diversity through out the facility. Hard to move up. Good for going to school that is it.

Tried to grow too fast and 20% of workforce was laid off one Friday. I was one of them and had to move. Weak HR

Great challenge in the food inudustry. Value added customers are constantly changing up ideas and marketing stratigies which requires the ability to adjust rapidly and still maintain a high degree of performance with world class results. Any one not able to keep pace will get left behind . Good family owned and family operated , with family attitude enviroment.

Cons

Lots of stress working with several different depts and dead lines. Our customers normally need info " now " and depending on other depts to respond in timely manner requires constant managing of customers expectations and needs .
