management unfair, promotes people that don't deserve it and fire people that has been there long and worked their butts off just because they don't like them. very high school setting. management are childish. work us like slaves

Tyrant of a supervisor, he has even said he doesnt have a boss. Cordinator is supervisors puppet hugging desk all night long. Cordinator and supervisor both can do nothing of the jobs we do yet constantly critisize. Never told you do a good job unless you break a record literally. Broken down bandaided machines, always blame the workers of production, take no responsabilty. Weak hr that is buddy with supervisors. Osha violations all over the place. Expected to do other department work for lowest pay rate which is production. Supervisor constantly caught in lies, puts on a good show for plant manager thou.
