it keeps people accountable in showing up for work

Cons

when you are sick and have no mre sick days and they litterally say stay home when sick .you start to accumulate points 3 points per call inso three strikes your out. also they have impamented a new way to get points which is by missed punches .meaning if you forget or just simply cant because you left your key card somewhere you can get points .and i know for a fact the timeclock machine messes up

Working in the food business was amazing. It was hard work, but the brokers and distributors were a lot of fun.

Cons

Did you enjoy college? If so you’ll fit right in! Working at Litehouse is like working with with a bunch of college kids who enjoy playing business. Everyone I worked for had the maturity and experience of a college freshman. I’m amazed the company is still running.

Cons

No management commitment. Does not follow its own policies. Lack of continuous improvement. Management will yell and talk over you to attempt to prove their point. Practice bullying tactics and retaliation if you disagree.
