.The environment is pleasant, far more peaceful than other production/manual labor jobs .Due to rather high attrition, those who stick around and show real effort will climb faster than rival companies .Hours are guaranteed .Excellent benefits

Cons

.Career advancement beyond the production floor is a hopeless pipe dream to those who didn't know someone in the office or corporate before being hired .ESOP takes ages to mature, so long that to most it might as well not exist, and to those who are there long enough to collect it most likely don't care .Poor AC on work floor, often gets hot and humid .Bonuses are hit or miss, seemingly unrelated to how the company is doing financially despite what Litehouse claims
