Lithia Motors is a self-aware organization that truly understands the value of innovation. Over the last couple of years, this organization has assembled a product development team that I honestly believe will change the landscape of the automotive industry. Lithia's innovation team is led by two individuals whose passion for creating an outstanding customer experience surpasses anyone I have ever worked for. In addition to their passion for the customer, they constantly go above and beyond to take care of their employees and make themselves available to their team at any hour. In addition to the great leadership team, there is a lot of room for growth. Since this is a new department for the organization individuals have an opportunity to take large steps in their career. One of Lithia's core values is growth powered by people, and they definitely take that value to heart. Since joining, Lithia has paid for me to take a variety of courses to help me take the next step in my career. Accepting the role at Lithia Motors has been one of the best decisions I have ever made.

Growing a product development team during a pandemic is challenging. There are times when the team lacks the formal processes of more established teams. The good far outweighs the lack of process!
