Good salary. Good benefits. The company take care of its employees. The company is working in programs to grow.

Cons

All the efforts that the company is making to be better require more people to be hire. The efforts to take the company to the next level makes that some employees sacrifice some of the work/life balance.

Pros

There's a lot less micro managing in our team which encourages independence and drive to self growth.

Cons

Littelfuse lacks of transparency to employees. Information dissemination is not very good.

Thank you for your review and advice. Littelfuse is currently undergoing growing pains in many areas of the company. Although our compensation and benefits are good in most locations, we have room for improvement at some locations.
