Very friendly/family atmosphere. Good pay, great benefits. Have fun events as a company almost bi-weekly. Work together as a team to solve problems.

Cons

Not very flexible on hours.

Close to home and major highways, known brand and competitive wages

Cons

Mgmt simply too slow to change;same boys club cant decide anything new. They are doing ok with stock prices but no new innovation in people product or process
