Pros

There is very good room for improvement of the IT processes, Upgrade Applications and team dynamics. Almost everyone is a Manager.

Cons

Teams are very lean. Most of the managers work early in the morning and late in the evenings besides regular work schedule. Scope for promotions is very very less, since the hierarchy is too lean.
