They recognize their associates to be a vital part of the company. During the pandemic all executives gave up some of their salary to keep the entire work force employed. Rapidly growing and expanding product portfolios and technologies.

Cons

They pay their associates at the bottom of the range of market value and sometimes below market value. From a US perspective the company is not very diverse. More work needs to be done in that space. Very poor in career development. So long as you can be a small cog in a wheel to make the machine work, they will not do much to make you a bigger cog. They also do not reward loyalty. I have seen them let go people who worked their entire lives building the company without much recognition.
