Pros

-Great Benefits -Free Ticket/Concerts -Great Industry -Great CEO

Cons

1) Fragmentation This company is fragmented. Depending on which division and office you work for, you will be rewarded or punished. For example, there is a big difference between the N. Highland Office and the Beverly Hills office in terms of culture. (And if you want to know which one to go to, it would be the Beverly Hills Office). 2)Long Hours Be careful of the hours and the general work volume. At least from what I've heard seen from Marketing and Finance, their Work/Life Balance is not as advertised. You will be multitasking to a point of reduced efficiency.

Pros

get to work from homesometimes

Cons

* The company hires the most unprofessional people and promotes them into leadership roles. This company uses their name and past reputation to exist. * Managers and VPs screaming, swearing and using abusive language toward staff * Outdated rules that have no place in the current workplace * Management- get up and walk around, get feedback from the staff that does the hard work. * Staff are intimidated by the "crazies" who dictate ridiculous demands and rule by fear. * If you think of going to HR with a problem, forget it, they will knock you down and will never support you.

Pros

I've seen more shows and concerts than most can ever imagine. I've met great people and had a time of my life. Most local employees are really good and fun then be with.

Cons

You have to choose if you want to have a personal life or work life, but you can't have both. I've seen more lives and families destroyed from people who work for LN as a career choice. It is a very big good old boy network. Good employees have been fired because their boss doesn't like them, most of the time because they question their actions. I'd love to see a book about the scandals and dark secrets of Live Nation.
