Pros

First and foremost I LOVE MY JOB!!!!!!! I get to meet hundreds of new people every show, and I enjoy being able to assist them with any questions they may have at our venue!

Cons

MINIMUM WAge!!!!!! the pay is sometimes not even enough to cover my expense of getting to the venue!

Pros

If you don't mind standing in a random spot by yourself at a concert wandering around aimlessly because seats are not given to employees, then this is the job for you.

Cons

Toxic working environment Upper management is really difficult to work with No perks to the job

Yikes ! If you went to a gig with one of your 2 x free tickets then a seat would certainly be included - unless you went standing or general admission in which case you can soak it up and dance the night away instead - who needs a seat? On the management comments, this is good feedback and we do take the development of all our managers seriously, whilst it may not be boot camp, all Line Managers will attend our full Management Development Programme which takes place across 4 days and will continue to give them all the skills they need to be great at their management roles. Perks wise, apart for your free tickets we have an award winning programme of benefits so I am disappointed you haven't felt the value of that.
