Pros

The perks working here: lots paid holiday time off (only for full-time employees), as well as free tickets to a lot of shows. Also the ability to learn more about the music and entertainment industry. Casual office attire. Most employees wore yoga pants and jeans.

Cons

- Extremely sexist - Big egos - No communication whatsoever - Relationship between the branches and headquarters lack collaboration - Not a positive environment - No promotions/raises/advancement - Old, outdated technology, which made work slow, tedious and inefficient.
