      Pros

      Perks are nice (go to a lot of shows for free), casual dress, casual culture, pay is good

      Cons

      Not a lot of promotion possibilities, some people who should be let go are allowed to stay way too long

      Pros

      Ticket purchase benefits. Some exposure to entertainment industry.

      Cons

      Heavy workloads, management practices not up to date. Unrealistic understanding of projects, and timelines. Insider's game. On the marketing side, vision of management seems limited to carving profits out of standard partnerships (e.g. more ticketing channels) and maximizing revenue on trinkets (coke & tshirt revenue). LiveNation could be a much bigger influence for good in the music world. Why not build your own brand?

      Competitive Salary. Top of the line equipment. Fully expensed travel. Flexible hours.

      Cons

      Huge egos. Big company bureaucracy and politics. Friends-hiring-friends leads to inconsistent employee treatment.
