Pros

I really enjoy the company as a whole. I love what they do with music and concerts, and their business model sets them up for success in the long run.

Cons

My particular department had a severe lack of communication between employees and management. Formal reviews are not given, managers rarely (if ever) meet with employees to discuss performance or professional growth. If you are okay completely on your own, with little communication from management, and do not have aspirations for growth within a company - this could be the job for you.

Pros

6 Free concert tickets a year, we have twice weekly happy hour where dinner and drinks are provided. We get to work 6 hours in office and 2 hours remote daily.

Cons

Rules are always changing, constant turn over, low pay, it is impossible to transfer departments, run off of panic instead of knowledge, liberal company but being ran in an old school way. Only department that has a "Dress code"
