      - Able to learn about how the music industry works - Lots of free merchandise/give aways - Paid Holiday shut down in December (usually 1-1.5 week long) - Fast paced environment - Free concert pass (Lawn seats & Live Nation OWNED & OPERATED VENUES ONLY)

      Cons

      - Very disorganized and messy - Extremely tedious work - Was running on an extremely old system which caused productivity to be very minimal - No room for growth/advancement
