Pros

Great folks, low stress and casual. Cant say enough positive things about the supervisors. They make a universally tough job survivable.

Cons

The pay sucks. Computers areslow and a lot of the co Plaints could be dealt with an IT department on it's game. We're not anywhere near as good as we could be.

If you're a senior executive you enjoy excellent compensation and a great degree of autonomy.

Cons

If you're not a senior executive management will squeeze you for every dime they can. The culture is to separate executives from the day-to-day staff and create an us-vs-them culture.
