      Pros

      Rate pf pay is great. The offices are all over la so if location is an issue there are slot of options

      Cons

      Grown through acquisition so there is NO corporate culture. It is a confusing place to work, there are too many offices in one city so you don't bond with people. Highly political and not nurturing whatsoever. You don't feel important to the success or failure orthe company. Non inclusive executive culture. Very male dominated.

      Great industry to work in Free access for you and a guest to most concerts at company-owned ampitheatres Ok salary

      Cons

      No communication from management Inexperienced management for a company this large $4-5 billion in annual revenues, yet the company has never made a profit Executives hoard all bonuses and stock awards No performance evaluations or goal-setting processes All talented people flee this organization as fast as they can

      Awesome Perks: concerts and celebrity events Good hours Relaxed dress code Cool people Some nice amenities in the office Close to downtown Scottsdale and Tempe

      Boss was a poor communicator There were some weirdos working there Not a whole lot of office cohesion Work was boring and not challenging Compensation was very low for the work that I was doing
