      Insecure, incompetent, disrespectful senior team

      Pros

      - inherently a "cool' business that can have a lot of "soul" - glam factor since it is the concert business - access to concert tickets - some great people

      Cons

      - the most dysfunctional, insecure and unqualified senior team I have ever encountered - Sr. executives communicate through fear and intimidation, lots of screaming and swearing - reward and recognition is primarily based on who is in favor...forget about performance - no company direction - command and control leadership style that thoroughly suffocates innovation and common sense

      you get to act cool because you work in the live entertainment business, but it's really not cool at all.

      there is pretty poor communication throughout the organization

      you get to brag to all of your friends about working in the music business and have some access to concert tickets.

      Cons

      many overly qualified people working as assistants and will continue to work as under paid assistants because there is no room for growth in this company
