      -Fun environment -Friendly employees -Worked with big-name clients for sponsorship (Anhesur-Busch, Coke, Chevy, Brown-Forman) -Free tickets -Good office celebrations and other corporate events

      -Low pay -Little direction/organization -Work weekends during the summer months -Limited opportunities for advancement

      Pros

      I saw many good bands when I worked at the Live Nation venue I worked at.

      Cons

      Terrible management, no vision, not creativity in booking. Totally abandoned the local music scene, ceased to be a "local" venue at all. A shell of its former self. Management mishandled things so badly that we were forced to unionize, though there were many that didn't want to and wouldn't have if incompetent management had been even vaguely proactive.

      Pros

      My co-workers and the excitement of working at a live entertainment venue.

      Cons

      Extreme pressure from the executive team to hit outlandish sales quotas and their complete ignorance to the differences among their markets throughout the United States. Employees are expected to generate sales while also completing unnecessary spreadsheets and taking part in worthless conference calls, all so the powers that be can feel a sense of control over everyone.
