Pros
Great introduction into the entertainment/music business… You get a lot of hands on experience, they give you tons of responsibility (clients of your own, etc.). You become an essential part of the company. Lots to talk about in future interviews. You will go to numerous free concerts, and once in awhile run into famous artists.
Cons
-Unpaid internship -Long hours - you will definitely end up working over 40 hours a week, unpaid. After awhile, this concept is hard to deal with. -Difficult hours - Not truly LN's fault, but working in the concert industry, you will be working many nights and weekends during concerts
