      Toxic Environment, Overly Political, Constant Crises

      Good compensation Decent benefits Tons of perks Some good people

      Cons

      Exec team is a club. Too many have been there for too long and don't add value. Marketing team is in a constant state of crisis as leadership reacts to daily fire drills. Marketing is only valued for two things - RampUp and Cannes Marketing Leader runs hot and cold Other execs view Marketing as their personal service agency

      Pros

      - I love the people I work with, especially with those I've collaborated with and grown with over the last 3.5 years. - I love that my colleagues trust me to do my job to the best of my ability and assist no matter what issues arise. - Health, wellness, transparent communication and empathy is prioritized among my team. - I love my manager!

      Cons

      - I wish I was given the option to work fully remote, given that I am a single parent with two small children. However, I do love that my manager says to make the day(s) that I go into the office, work for my schedule. The commute is BRUTAL.

      From the flexibility of when/where you work, to the amazing benefits offered, to the inclusivity and sense of belonging, and finally the awesome people you get to work with ... are truly the best parts about working for LiveRamp. I brag to all of my family & friends about how I love working for LiveRamp. Highly recommend! 10/10 !

      Cons

      I would say the only con is a lot of times it feels like everything is up in the air (and undecided) -- its hard to get decisions made to move forward to actually execute on your job.
