Pros

I'd say I hit the trifecta at LiveRamp as 1) I've found an incredible team of motivated coworkers who care passionately about 2) building amazing solutions to address our clients needs and solve their problems. And 3) the culture inspires the former - great people and great products - by provide everyone with the ability to bring your true self to work each and every day. I love it here!

Cons

Very few...but everyone is always wanting to deliver more and sooner. Our focus on ideation and discovery along with our need to maintain strict privacy standards and high quality simply requires that we prioritize. To me, that's still a good thing but could be perceived as delaying our solutions.

Pros

Good products. Some smart people. Aggressive market sellers. Gourmet lunches. happy hours. you can bring your dog to work.

Cons

Sense of entitlement by many even if not deserved. Competitive, internal politics are too common. Leadership cannot nor wants to fix this. Hierarchy since acquisition by Acxiom disables focus and vision for future of the products.

Thank you *very* much for this feedback. LiveRamp is known for its non-hierarchical and team-based culture, which is why we should all pay attention to your experience. To your point about internal friction among sales teams: This is something we noticed as we grew the team this past year. You'll be glad to know that we recently redesigned how our sales teams work together, including assigning accounts more intuitively, and tweaking sales incentives to promote strong collaboration. Feedback on the changes has been quite positive. I'd be happy to share more if you're interested.

Pros

The CEO is very focused on culture. People feeling happy, getting feedback and growing is incredibly important to him. There is very little regrettable attrition at LiveRamp because of this. Everyone is stretched. No one is bored. There is a big stress on trust and mutual respect and transparency about everything.

Cons

The main problem LiveRamp has is most of the leadership team, including the executive team, have never worked anywhere else before. LiveRamp is at a critical point in its growth and it would benefit from more experienced leaders who can guide the ship vs really smart people learning as they go.
