Management is very focused on schedule and cost (as it should be) but at the expense of knowing their people's skills and value. Advancement opportunity is very limited and requires significant sales effort on employee's part.

Frequent restructuring and leadership changes leads to frequent direction changes in business operations and methods. Gets disruptive to workforce. At time middle management directs tasks without asking listening to or asking for ideas and concerns of those tasked with carrying them out. Often times work-life balance is work focused, unless you are in leadership positions. Becoming increasing politically correct
