Smartest, kindest, and most dedicated team I have worked with yet. Fast-paced solutions to challenges Culture: total transparency - meaning everyone's voice counts/is heard Lots of opportunities to grow and learn. Can learn more in a month than in a year somewhere else

Cons

Sometimes too fast-paced and driven by ultra high performers, sometimes you may feel that you can't deliver as well as your colleagues. I see often you have to kick employees out at the end of the day. maybe look into how to enforce people going home at more normal hours?

interesting technology in an interesting field.

Cons

their core principle of "work hard" means 50-80 hour weeks are expected. "start-up culture" means you're going to be doing 3 jobs. love to hire phds and new grads who are willing to work long hours for "experience".
