Unfortunately I do not say this lightly when I say this company has not the slightest clue of what they are doing. I was hired to do the job of 10 people and expected to succeed. I was let go without ever having a performance review and without given any reason as to why I was being let go. Everything was going great and I was making great movement in their marketing department ( a department of one singular person for several large million dollar companies) until they decided out of the blue that they wanted to get rid of me because the men in the company act like babies when they don't get what they want. They will expect you to know everything about the company with no formal training at ALL. The CEO and other professionals literally make some people in the company do things like YARD WORK and picking up their KIDS! They will also call to insult you if you make one small mistake while they make thousands of mistakes and gossip about you and everyone at the company. The men use the women in the company to handle all of the things that they can't. They are a bunch of cowards that will act nice to your face and then fire you when it's convenient for them. Not to mention there are a BUNCH of racists and HR lets them get away with it all! If you have any sense of professionalism and want a company that will actually enhance your skillset DO NOT WORK HERE. You will lose brain cells, I promise. Only work here if you can kiss major butt and have no problem losing all of your morals. If you enjoy chaos this is the place for you!
