      Great people and growth, but closed culture persists

      The people in the field and management in office are fantastic Huge growth company! Great opportunity to grow with the company Compensation is slightly above average for some positions

      Cons

      Closed culture. If you're not Christian AND conservative, it becomes and awkward place to work. If prayer during townhalls and biblical messages sent during holidays (regardless if it's a religious holiday), might offend you, then this is not the company for you. If you are Christian or can accept a narrow and less accepting culture, you'll be fine. Once a true family company, because of rapid growth and PE ownership, 'family' is now simply a buzz word. Very unfortunate

      Pros

      I am hourly so it is great getting per diem and overtime

      Cons

      - Salary people have to work a minimum of 60 hour work weeks with no per diem or overtime. - Per diem varies on each project - do not trust anyone. Everyone will throw each other under the bus in a heartbeat - the latest 5 star reviews are all from upper management that think it’s a great place to work. It’s really not and I cannot wait to leave - HR policies change all the time without notice. For example there now is no maternity leave - no holidays off, you are expected to work every holiday

      Pay was ok didn’t seem to out of reach

      Treatment was unfair and unprofessional . They had there favorites and it was seen to easy
