      Pros

      Ambitious, Conscientious, Optimistic, Introspective, Supportive, Data-driven. The folks I've met have been warm and friendly, and keen to make this a career rather than just a job. I'm told pretty regularly that the standards for hiring are high and that I deserve to be here, a message that seems to be universally spread to staff, which is great. It makes me feel valued and takes some of the stress out of starting a new role in a new city. Everyone seems to be on top of their game, and willing to communicate openly about what they are working on, what they need, and what they think needs to be better. Every action is distilled down from core values, so the company is always living by it's mission. I love that.

      Cons

      Very white and very male (but very very aware of it and working to change). Diversity is challenging in any tech space, but the staff here are aware of it and talk openly about what they are doing to change and what they could be doing better. They also think specifically about the issue, rather than talking in general platitudes. I look forward to the progress I'm sure we will make in this area.

      Product is great and getting better everyday, the people in every group are responsive, open to new ideas and always jumping in to solve problems as they come up.

      Cons

      Downtown location means expensive parking

Your concerns about parking are not unnoticed. To help alleviate these everyday expenses, we do offer a monthly $100 stipend for employees to use at their discretion. We have also expanded to an additional office in Austin that offers free parking to accommodate for our rapid growth. Finding parking space for our employees will be top of mind for us as we expand and we will continue to do our best to accommodate the needs of our employees. In terms of working remotely, this is an option for our employees. For example, some of our US-based Technical Support Engineers work from home in order to provide better support coverage to our customers located in Asia. You’ll want to work with your manager on a solution that works best for you and the team.       Interview Process

      Interview process was smooth -CCAT exam - important to set the stage and sharpens your brain for the interview -Great culture, respectful and nice people -Awesome location

      Cons

      -Took more time than usual to complete the process -Background check took 12 days -Interview was too simple. Not sure that's a pattern as it might onboard mediocre people

Though occasionally the interview process takes longer than we would like, our goal is to make an offer decision within 2-3 weeks of the job’s opening.
